The Marketing students of Skyline Business School attended The 7th Annual Ayurvet RMAI Awards for Best Summer Project in Rural Marketing held at the India International Centre in New Delhi. 101 entries from 32 institutes had participated.

The event was attended by management students, academicians and professionals from both development and corporate sectors. The entries were submitted by students from management schools across the country.

Pradeep Kashyap, President, RMAI said: “The objectives of the association are to set Industry benchmarks in areas of performance evaluation and financial practices; to improve the overall understanding of rural markets by the corporate world by conducting seminars, workshops and conferences, besides offering guidance to management Institutes in running courses in rural marketing.”

Adding further, he said: “We also aim to undertake syndicated research in rural marketing on selected topics, which will help increase the knowledge base of rural marketers and in turn could help marketers develop better and more effective rural marketing strategies.”
