There are several valid reasons for why Trans- Atlantic cruise liners are known by the moniker of “floating palaces”. They offer far greater comfort than do the biggest of luxury ships and now technology is further changing them to smart hotels. 2018 was a landmark year, when twenty- seven million passengers were registered for cruise travel. This represents a six percent growth from the previous year. To keep up this momentum though, cruise ocean liners need to execute some business innovations. One of them has to be the provision of WI- Fi, as this is something most expect. At present, the VPN (Virtual Private Networks) often do not function properly. At some of them, the lines aren’t secure. Only NCL (Norwegian Cruise Lines) offers the complete deal, among the major players.
