A wise leader is someone who is more- better rounded in terms of moral authority, domain knowledge and quality of work. Such a leader needs to abide by three main principles. To start off he/ she needs to have a duality of mind. This allows for flexibility of thoughts and agility at work. One can then comprehend an issue from multiple corners. The next one is to have the right emotional maturity. This helps the leader to excel at talent management as he/ she will then understand the complexities of human nature. One can judge situations the best. Such a person can leverage both one’s likes as well as dislikes. The third principle is to have the generosity of soul. This enables moral authority over any situation. Crisis situations are better handled by such leaders.
