Several problems now plague the business world as well as society in general. The environment is one such, where plastic pollution threatens our oceans like never before. It has often been observed that in order to serve all stakeholders in society, the government makes plans making the use of management consulting firms. Unfortunately, it has often been observed that these consultants’ ideas only reimpose the ideas originally thought of by the government agencies themselves. Under such a situation, a utopian way of thinking has to be the way forward. This will lead to a Wise Power. Such wise leaders are less susceptible to insecurities. They’re able to execute innovations at faster pace, as they do not remain rigid to known systems. Utopia will reduce the effect of pessimism and cynicism so common to businesses.
