NEW WORLD

Instead of being an armchair leader, one ought to go to the field occasionally, and be one among the boys. Too much usage of technical language and terms will only befuddle those listening in. So, while business analytics needs to be sued, the purpose of the same has to be explained beforehand, to make it more effective. Some sort of control needs to be vested away at times. Oft ignored, human body language can have a major bearing on how leadership is viewed. One needs to start off with a humble gait.
