Mr. Amit Sinha, Director-Akshamaala Pvt. Ltd.conducted seminar on Entrepreneurship in practice – In the Indian context”.He did his B.tech. from ISM Dhanbad (2000) & MBA from IIM Calcutta (2003). He has worked for 9 yrs. With big companies like Pricewaterhousecoopers, Airtel, Keane consulting, one97 communicating, and Infosys tech. ltd.Presently, he is working with Akshamaala solution Pvt. Ltd since one year.

He gave insight specially; on the Entrepreneurial Practices in the Indian context. Moreover he emphasized on the various aspects of the subject. The key points discussed were:
1. Types of entrepreneurship.
2. How and where to start a Business?
3. Questions which one should ask about entrepreneurship.
4. Financing lifecycle.
5. Decision making
6. 4Ps of marketing.
7. Capability and quality of team.
8. Building a business plan.
9. Three competencies of the complete entrepreneur.
10. Types of innovation.

The session was quite interactive. The speaker shared his viewpoints over the emerging issues when one wants to be an entrepreneur. Students from Skyline College were also given an opportunity to share their views and clear their doubts. Overall it was a very good learning experience on part of the students. The speaker was kind enough to clarify all our doubts.
