The speaker for the seminar was Ms. Jyotsana Aswal and the topic was “creativity in HR”. Ms .Jyotsana holds a degree in law and Msc from Himachal University and is currently working as the General Manager (HR) in Urssccohwilson Pvt. Ltd.The seminar commenced with a short introduction of the topic given by Ms. Jyotsana and then was proceeded to the real side of Human Resource, Which is to influence and deal with people. Ms. Jyotsana with her dynamic personality did influence every individual sitting in the class and turned out to be a shocker, which helped us know the aspects of life and career.

According to Ms. Jyotsana, Management starts at home, from the day one is born, till the day he dies, management becomes the part and parcel of his life. He learns to prioritize, organize and segregate his work. There is no institute that can teach this art, its something that’s inborn and comes from within.

Ms. Jyotsana pressurizes on this particular point that, one should give time to oneself because if a person is not happy with himself, then he can never make others happy. Therefore one should not give any chance to people make one feel bad.

All in all the seminar proved to give a nice take on life and aspects relating to it , which makes an individual to achieve the zenith of whatever he wants to achieve in life. It did prove to be a great motivator.
