So, the employees with the right fit need to be placed at crucial touchpoints. The third is around the human capital. This implies that the right level of talent recruitment needs to be carried out. Lastly, there are personal digital blind spots. The performance management gets largely impacted by such attributes. These four blind spots impact the prepared of leaders to leverage the digital economy. In a survey, less than a tenth confirmed that they possess the leaders who can take them to the next stage in the economy.
