High salary figures and free perks may help boost up the entire talent recruitment process, but post selection, there is a lot more that employees these days demand. They want a sense of purpose to define their work. The right camaraderie between the different levels also helps in many ways. Companies too are extremely competitive now and even fearful to attract and retain the right candidate. A lot of companies though are not responding rightly to this changed paradigm.
