One of the positives of having a diverse team in place, is the differences in opinions generated. Stronger outcomes can then be achieved along with shared outcomes. These gains though can quickly evaporate, if not handled rightly. One way to tackle this is by organizing corporate training exercises at the work place aimed at inculcating mindfulness among the employees. Ford, Google, Aetna and LinkedIn have been some leading companies that have taken this approach. The Chicago Bulls NBA team too utilized this system to the hilt in the year 1989. Studies conducted across situations have found out that the level of relationship conflict reduces with an increase in the corresponding level of team mindfulness.
