The person must be able to connect with others and present matters in cohesive manner. It is very important that the thought leader looks at matters from objective angle. He / she must be accessible to all, responsible to one’s work and empathetic to others’ needs. The thought leader must be creative enough to generate business innovation. The person must be able of conducting critical analysis and present genuine results of work. He / she must never lose focus on the actual work. Above all, the person must be generous and remain humble.
