A Harvard Psychologists says there’s one factor that defines success in a Job Interview
A psychologist from Harvard has recently outlined the major reason that decides success or failure in a job interview. She says it is the regret of not being able to represent oneself fully. A negative outcome or a non-selection is understandable but what aspirants really regret is somehow not being able to explain oneself during the pitch. Job aspirants must understand they aren’t alone in looking for a job and there are countless others in a similar boat. Thus there is no reason for panic. The candidate must never forego his / her value system and integrity for the sake of some selection process. Body language is very often a defining feature. The psychologist has provided some management training tips on ‘power poses’ which apparently show confidence and imbibe positivity.
