It has become fashionable to criticize HR yet some management thinkers fee that instead of criticizing, it is time to evolve the art. Age old philosophies need to be replaced by cutting edge practices. HR is now trackingbusiness analytics to serve organizational requirements better. Also HR has moved beyond the traditional role to incorporate strategic business goals as well. Ultimately, the organizational scorecard will reflect on the effectiveness of the HR as well.
