In order to enable a culture that promotes design thinking certain steps have been recognized that corporates must undertake. The leadership of the organization must be geared towards ensuring that hurdles in creatingbusiness innovations are eliminated. Dedicated infrastructure is needed which will allow designers to play with their art forms in productive ways. Similarly a support system must exist to aid the core team of design thinkers. Importantly the design thinking that the company wants to inculcate must be in-line with the overall corporate strategy. These changes to the culture need to be introduced gradually. Aspects from the existing culture that aren’t in line with the new thinking, need to be scrapped.  The design thinking must agree to how the market is projected to move.
