been identified that must by all means be followed while others must certainly be removed. Ideas must be tracked constantly from participants. However, generating ideas is not enough, some follow up response is needed. The right ideas must then be applauded. Care must be taken to ensure that appreciation of certain ideas does not stem the flow from those whose plans got rejected. Business leaders in the organization must be involved as support but their presence must never get overwhelming so that newer members hesitate while proposing ideas. Patience is a virtue during such sessions as the moment of eureka may not arrive instantly. Just to arrive at that point, excessive brainstorming must be avoided at all costs.
