Every organization has gone through phases where change is to be implemented from the top- down. Such initiatives often fail in spite of the best of intentions due to a lack of a coherent strategy. A real time strategic planning goes missing. Maximum transformations are attempted towards the triple concept called DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion).Corporate training sessions are assembled to force through such changes often to no avail. A test called OCAI (Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument) has been designed to check how an organization is placed to undergo transformation. First of all the problem has to be defined before transformation is to be attempted. Then a strategy must be developed concluding with implementing the necessary changes.
