As part of employees’ corporate training, hackathons have been suggested as an extremely engaging activity. Such events can also aid in digital transformation of the organization as a whole. It also tests employees on time management as projects need to be completed within specified deadline. Cross-functionality also gets encouraged in the process. Most importantly, focus remains on the final output.
