According to reports from market research done, the state of Indiana attracted tourism revenues in excess of ten billion US dollars in 2013. This also led to the support of nearly one hundred and ninety thousand tourism jobsthere. This is nearly five percent of the state’s percentage of people employed. Also it marks upwards of six percent of Indiana’s tax receipts and more than one and a half percent of the state gross domestic product.
