Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been around for a while now but still feels fresh as its impact is greater at present than ever earlier. Picture sharing is one form by which customers can analyze pictures of products and get alternative solutions accordingly if the main product is not in sight. Companies are leveraging Pinterest’s visual search feature for such digital marketing. Beyond pictures, chatbots are solving major problems by connecting with customers as service representatives. They are solving customer problems using a vast array of data embedded within its systems. AI also augments search data accordingly. Then there is the system of Evolutionary Algorithms (EAs) which gives messaging ideas, image options and page layouts using AI.
