They have even developed and recently launched the CashNav app to facilitate innovative processes. The VP of Orion Health spoke about how one needs to look towards external ideas in order to generate business innovations. In his previous role in a travel retail firm, its e-commerce business went bankrupt, so he quit that and his new employer bought back that organization making it an integral part of their operations. The head of innovation of Cigna International Markets has gone out of comfort zone to look for innovations including at the ground level.
