The Skyline Business School held a seminar in its Gurgaon Campus. The Objective of the seminar was to introduce the student about the concept of Business Analysis & its importance in Business. . Ms. Sinha gave us a complete understanding about this concept.

Ms. Sinha gave students very useful information regarding Business Analysis & its Importance. She told that Business analysis is a research discipline of identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems. She make us understood that how Business analytics help an organization to be a successful one in this competitive market. She also make us understood that why business analysis is important in present scenario of Indian market. She told that business analytics is coordinating with all the dept. of organization to reach a decision. Then she spoke about work of business analytics i.e. Requirement gathering, Feasibility, Gap analysis, enhancement consulting, blind spot identification & solutioning. Ms. Sinha also discuss about difference between a project manager & Business analytics. After that she spoke about Process involved in the life cycle of business analysis i.e. Requirement (F2F, telephonic, email etc.), BRD creation, Use case reaction, Mocks/wireframe creation, sign off all atrifacts. Ms. Sinha also introduced us with the document creation by Business analytics categories as functional & non-functional document. Then she told about some technique used by Business analytics like SWOT, MOST etc. Then Ms. Sinha discuss about how Business Analytics help an organization to be grow better. After that she told about scope for students as business analysis.
