Topic: How to Handle Change in the Corporate World.

On 9th September 2014 3rd year BBA students of Skyline Business School were addressed by guest lecturer Ms Nandita Mathur on issues like coping with changes in the corporate world and imbibing those changes for better personal growth and development. Ms Mathur has worked with Google India for more than 6 years in online sales in areas of search engine optimization, social media marketing, online advertising and providing email support to some of the largest client companies. She shared few points as to how we can work in an organization confidently and effectively.

Key points/ learning from the session:-

• Not to try and control all the things.
• How to be flexible in adapting the change.
• How to Deal with uncertainty .
• Be confident
• Not to get stressed

The session was an enriching experience and it helped students to understand the importance of this topic and its effect on their lives and career.
