Connect Me also helps in maintaining a human capital balance sheet of sorts. This is very useful as companies can understand how their investments are working. Happy stakeholders are thus addressed thanks to this initiative. Endless meetings and emails can be avoided as a consequence of using this platform. Salesforce in particular conducts employee surveys twice a year, so elicits authentic business intelligence on the kind of experience all crave. A marketing thinking and technology needs not to be replicated to the art of human capital management.
