Most individuals across the generations, and from across geographical divisions, tend to be more productive and creative during their business trips. This is because their energy levels tend to be high during such trips. Part of this happens due to the face- face- interactions, still considered most effective. These findings were submitted by CWT, which is a tourism consulting and travel management portal. This heightened creativity was highest among the millennials, especially those who are Americans, followed by those from the Asia- Pacific region. Those from the latter, also report the highest rates across generations. Among millennials, the least impact is on the Europeans. The overall levels of collaboration are also the highest when professionals work face- to- face.
