If one introspects on one’s own life, he/ she will definitely notice how carefree times were when younger. Children are willing to take far greater risks than adults are. Adults too need to bring in some of these qualities, by tapping in to their inner child. Each one of us has one. A quality most desired from childhood is being bold, especially critical while launching business innovations. The learning was also very fast, as there was little pre- built package. Children constantly experiment, so critical thinking gets built in to them. Children as also known for their resilience and flexibility in equal measure, qualities needed at the workplace, especially in leadership positions. Another quality is that children as trusting. They lack the cynicism and pessimism, that so often grips old- timers, but needs to be given up.
