Tests are being run to understand whether there is any link between how a CEO communicates and the end result of company performance. Some researchers are using machine learning to gauge this correlation if any. It is important to establish the link because studies have confirmed how CEOs are in essence communicators, as they spend about eighty- five percent of their time speaking or communicating. Rich sources of visual data is now being processes using business analytics to come up with a definitive guide. The words spoken, the technique of delivering them and the non- verbal expressions have all been included for the study. Voice patterns are also being put to the test by the researchers from the Harvard Business School.
