MANAGING in the

NEW WORLD

Peru is fast emerging as a major hub for all kinds of tourism. It offers sites for archaeological, natural, gastronomic and cultural experiences. In particular, the country is primed to take off as one of the luxury tourism hubs. This is one form of tourism, not affected much by seasonality. As per business intelligence supplied by Prom Peru, the country received more than four million international visitors in 2018, with six percent of them option for personalized services. This includes experiential accommodations at sites such as Lake Titicaca or at the Sacred Valley. They also demand scenic flights for the natural attractions and want more private visits. Luxury travelers particularly want their services to be in line with the efforts to reduce their carbon footprint.
