The company Salesforce uses automation inducing technologies to manage various sales activities and processes. Other companies are also now using Salesforce’s automation tools. One is in the proper data warehousing and protection of privacy. Sales enhancement and cross- functional coordination, can also be processed using Salesforce tools. Performance management can be well- tracked. Customer and business analytics can help with this tracking, providing insights on customers’ usage patterns. Some considerations need be kept in mind while utilizing these tools. To start with, they need to be understood from the perspective of the sales representative. The transition from the earlier processes, needs to be easy but progressive. These methods need to be deemed mandatory within the organization. The technology to be used, must be in sync with the work culture intended.
