A lot of professionals in today’s knowledge economy, are growing weary of the old maxim on working hard before observing the results. They feel cut off from the company performance, so fail to assert a link with their own work. Smart work has thus gained greater credence now. One area where the old adage still works, is the gym. People actually enjoy the process as well. Thus, a new generation of leaders, aware of this paradigm, is working to run their organizations like a gym. The talent management credentials of fitness leadership, focuses more on camaraderie and justice. A lot of immersive taking is now taking place from the sports culture. Sports hours and fitness tests are part of such organizations’ appeal. There is little peer- reviewed evidence that this will work, but as of now, the new breed is happy implementing the same.
