Team leaders, company founders, shop owners and sales managers, all have certain microscopic areas that they focus in. Those may be product details, fonts, shelf displays and customer conversion respectively. Yet, few are focusing on the real area that deserves prioritizing now- team management. The really good and experienced leaders focus on talent management over everything else. A few essential tips have thus been collated to manage effective teams. For a start, leaders need to be intentional when it comes to team guidance and talent recruitment. The hierarchy within any organization needs to be periodically reviewed. One needs to find ways to spot errors in the functioning as and when they occur, rather than waiting for formal reviews. For example, if one spots that people aren’t participating during team meetings, some method needs to be devised to close this gap.
