A new mechanism has been developed, which can help companies map their own cultural profile. It has two major steps. A total of eight cultural styles have been presented. The first step is to understand any two leading styles among these eight that the team is most aligned towards. The second involves an internal business research, that would have team personnel being asked questions on the importance the culture to the organization’s success or not. Eight questions have been identified, so those taking the quiz need to rank these in order. These questions are on different aspects of the organization, such as the work environment, importance accorded to creativity, compassion shown and about the internal competition.
