Providing career coaching to highly accomplished people is a different challenge to the usual modules. Thus such management training sessions tend to be designed in a different manner. Through experience and observations, it has been found out that more accomplished people tend to be more open to newer ideas or suggestions. They also appreciate it when the coach interprets the message quickly rather than having to go through an entire discussion. They also tend to over-analyze failures or negative occurrences. Additionally, such accomplished people require specific training on skills such as corporate communications with the usual employees, work-life pressures, public speaking or media handling. These people usually represent their facts in crisp manner, so they deserve a logical conclusion to their queries.
