Corporate coaching and management training is proving to be a unique challenge now amidst the ongoing corona virus pandemic. This is a time when especially, employees need assurances on their future, but managers may also not be able to completely convey the same, as they are themselves not sure of what lies next. Leaders now need to think on how they can serve the people they lead. There is a need for a new cadre of “servant leaders”. Employees must also be helped in self- discovery processes now. They need to find their personal purpose. In addition, employees must utilize the time afforded now, to reflect upon the existing opportunities. This could be a time to re- craft their jobs. Job crafting will drastically reduce burnout rates.
