She discusses about Marketing concept and difference between product and services marketing. The main difference between marketing products or services is that there is much more personal contact required when marketing a service as compared with marketing products. Marketing services may require meeting the customer in a face-to-face basis, or it may mean contacting prospective customers over the telephone.
She focuses on following topics in detail:

* Importance of service marketing
* Experience marketing
* Medical tourism
* Experience economy
It really helped the students to understand how experience helps in improving the marketing of services and products.

As a part of the Faculty development program the ‘Coaching Skills and Effective Feedback’ attended by four Faculty members.
The objective of the training program was to develop critical coaching skills in order to catalyze performance of the coachees in the most optimal manner and increase retention through supportive and effective people handling.
The workshop focused on :
* Gap analysis through individual self assessment and creation of pen-pictures for each participant
* Delivery based on pre-determined learning objectives
* Individual focus on areas of opportunities for each participant
A combination of role plays and team activities & interactive sessions was effectively used to highlight Self Assessment on Coaching sub-competencies, Building blocks of Effective Coaching, Individual Gap Analysis, Removing gaps & improving my operating effectiveness, Dynamics to be kept in mind while coaching.

Supply chain is a set of activities ( E.G. Purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, marketing) that parform the function of delivering value to and customer. Traditionally, all the business units along a supply chain have their own objectives and these are often conflicting. There is no single Plan to carry out supply chain activities.
