Due to the changing discourse on leadership taking place worldwide, there is now a need for those that display constant curiosity. Companies require nurturing over a period of time. Curious leaders are them who are constantly on the lookout for game- changing innovations. Larry Fink, who was the Founder of Black Rock had a specific talent management strategy, where he wanted people close to himself, who would constantly seek to learn. Likewise, Alan Mulally who saved Ford from obscurity, had a penchant for identifying those curiosity- inducing behaviors. Specific management training programmes are held to develop such curious leaders. It has been proven that such curiosity can be developed, even if one is not born with the same trait.
