How one responds to any situation of crisis determines his/ her ability to bounce back. Resilience here, is the key, but its easier said than done. The one thing that research determined, resilient people to be most in possession of, is that they have an internal locus of control. In case otherwise, they force themselves to build one such. Some ways have been identified that can help boost up one’s resilience to external influences. Formal corporate training sessions can to some extent help resolve this crisis. One is to increase one’s self- efficacy. Another is to tweak one’s cognitive appraisal. Physical health needs to be constantly maintained. One must keep attached to the support network, at all times of crisis.
